"Tanya and Daniella gave awesome customer service and helped me get the medicine I needed. I was at another pharmacy that had a back order on my medication and they guided me and processed my request promptly. I was relieved and thankful to get what I needed with their fast and accurate service. I'm thinking about changing pharmacies because of the service and helpfulness I received!"

"Medication that I receive is always their staff members are exceptionally helpful but the store is a palling It’s dirty it’s smelly. They need to clean it up and the majority of the time someone is always begging for money, disregarding the sign it says no panhandling many times I had to ask someone to go out there and ask them to stop when you don’t give them money they get very rude with you the panhandlers I believe CVS needs to take care of that if they have not already"

"I've been using this Pharmacy for 1 1/2 years now... 98% of the time I find the pharmacy staff verry friendly and helpful- I try to put myself in their shoes... I'm always friendly and wear a smile especially if the line was long. Usually you get what you give."

"Well it’s not the employees fault it’s their system. What’s the point of having 24 hour pharmacy when the update takes 2 or more hours! What sense does that make. I literally drove 30 minutes to this place, you got to be kidding. Don’t go at night, they will tell you they can’t fill it due to system updating! So annoying . The employee was very kind and apologized. He did nothing wrong, it’s the company."

"What a terrible place to get medications! They don’t check to see if the drug is in stock or on back order from the manufacturer. Then when you call the pharmacist, she won’t let you talk she prattles on like you have nothing important to ask or say! She tells you how incompetent the evening staff is but she’s just as bad. Wouldn’t tell me her name even... hmmm... wonder why? I doubt she does anything to help me out. Highly recommend you stay far away from this place if you’re trying to resolve any health issues! With no help from this pharmacist I was able to get something else prescribed. The same person called me and again no name and then talked over me again! So frustrating. The best part was she tried to take credit for helping me. Wow. Thank You Giant Eagle Pharmacy!"
