"Spoke to a representative of CVS Pharmacy Eastwood. Tallmadge, Ohio on 10/05/2023 the representative was very rude. Been having problems with filling prescriptions for quite a while not happy with this place at all."
"They were rude and expected me to get information for them while I was driving. I needed my son’s flu medication transferred. I gave them the pharmacy and address but told them I was driving and could not look up the phone number. That resulted in them telling me it would take at least 24 hours to get it transferred. Tamiflu is a time sensitive medication. They finally agreed to look up the number and call but said it might not get filled that evening. I asked them to call me if they did or did not get it transferred. They didn’t call. I went to the pharmacy and they said they had just got it and it would take 25-30 minutes to get it ready. When I went thru the drive thru to get it the pharmacist gave me a hateful mean look thru the window. The techs didn’t seem to know any answers to questions I had. I will never use this pharmacy again."
