"Not sure why I'm even bothering to write this since it's clear that they just don't care! However, I feel I must vent a little. THE WORST PHARMACY bar none. Rude beyond belief. Perhaps in their home country insinuating the client is lying or ignoring them all together is acceptable. Here, it is not! On several occasions either myself or a family member have used the drive through or in store counter and have been treated with such lack of customer care it's truly appaling. I do not expect white glove treatment but a simple "hello" or "how are you" or, heaven forbid, a " thank-you" is simple common courtesy. It's also not just one bad apple. It's all of the pharmacy staff. I'm at the point where I'm a little concerned that they are handing prescription medications when they clearly feel the customers are an inconvenience."

"Average wait time in store and on phone is 30 minutes minimum. Brutal."

"I don’t know what it is about the CVS in Westlake on Bradley and Detroit, but they are consistently having issues with my meds. I’ve used several other locations and have not had these problems. It’s been over a year now and it’s always the same issues with the insurance discrepancies. They have a lot of different faces working every time I go in, and I can only assume they have trouble properly staffing the pharmacy. I’m unclear as to how much the difficulties of dealing with insurance companies has to do with the problems. Based on what I’ve experienced, I’d attribute it more to a combination of under-training, under-staffing, and a general absence of skills and/or motivation to do a good job (in some cases). It’s really unfortunate because this place is so incredibly busy."
