"The lady who was involving herself in my check in process at the front desk had quite the attitude and was rude. The guy was checking me in and she kept interfering and asking me questions and had an attitude. If as a client, I don’t have a pleasant experience from the moment i step into the vet, there’s no reason for you to get my business. I can go to any other vet. Receptionists need to at least have basic training on interaction with patient’s and their parents."
