"Drugmart Pharmacy at the Westlake location just needs to shut down due to incompetent staff. Never contacted me to let me know if the meds I needed came in after being told they were out of stock. Then told me they couldn’t fill it because my insurance didn’t cover that particular med. That’s laughable because GoodRX covers most drugs even when insurance doesn’t. I think they screwed up and forgot to fill my order and then tried to play it off that insurance wouldn’t cover, and lied on top of it that they tried to call me. This pharmacy is a joke."

"Huge hassle happening Here! In the store doing a return. No issues. Happened to see junior size payday candy bars on sale. Enormous displays of all candy saying two bags for $9. Saw that they had paydays and grabbed two bags. Went to check out and they rang up EACH up as $9. Associate went back and checked on price and said yes they're two for $9. Manager was called to adjust price. I am handicapped and have a difficult time standing. This took a while. Manager Claire came and wouldn't take word of associate and went back to check for herself. Meanwhile I'm still standing at the counter another 5 minutes. Manager said no they are not two for $9. So I didn't buy them. Thinking I might be crazy I went back and looked for myself. Manager Claire was there looking for them also. She said oh they are two for $9. So I grabbed two bags and headed to the counter and then she accosted me and said no no they're not on sale. The smaller ones are on sale only. What a ridiculous experience. It took me half an hour to buy two bags of payday candy bars. I came home and my legs hurt so bad I was not happy at all. Claire get your act together."

"Used to love Drug Mart but the past few yrs they've gotten worse and worse with quality. Staff don't know things they should and everything has an expired or almost expired date. Even the things that aren't expired yet are close to it. You can tell that the foods gone stale or meds just don't work, because they're too close to that expiration date. We've stopped shopping there all together."
