"Genuinely very happy with our experience here. We took our 8 mo old poodle here for the first time today. We were worried because he's never been fully groomed before and he has severe separation anxiety. Another groomer we worked with a few months ago refused to fully cut his hair because he "was too noisy" and was "kind of stupid" (as a 5 month old puppy), and as a result he was starting to accumulate bad matting. On top of this he's quite big, so I'm understanding that he might be a bit much to handle. The workers here were incredibly kind and understanding of the situation, and they did a fantastic job on his coat. He looks fantastic. They also said he did a great job, which I'm sure is in no small part to their care and attention to him and keeping him feeling comfortable and safe while my partner and I were out. We will definitely be coming here again."

They immediately took Sully in like their own, explained everything to me, and called to give me updates. They made me feel so comfortable leaving him there and they were quick! These ladies did a phenomenal job and I can’t wait to take him back!"
