"Seemed like she cared that's a lie,She called me in for a pill count the same day my mother died which is very recent I told her I cannot come in my mom just pass but not to mention I had just been there for an appointment well she said if I can't come in she can't give me meds I only had 1 left at this time her assistant said I should have had more being that my appt was on the date it was on the thing about that is your monthly appt isn't the date that pharmacy filled my meds I called the supervisor at cvs and had have him call her because she had the dates wrong of cvs filling my meds so she sented me a farewell letter to other pain management I'm already going through this pain my mom passing now this"
"I decided to come here after leaving UC pain management for being treated so roughly and unprofessionally to be treated as a dope Fein no matter how many drug screens I have passed this is how I was treated if that was the case I would have stayed at UC pain management and continue to get the pills he was given I was seeking a carry and professional doctor now I've been diagnosed with breast cancer and don't even want to be treated to hope that I will pass away because I live in pain and suffer everyday of my life and can't get no help it's sad that I have been pushed to feel this way by these careless doctors. where is the help it's not here so run far away from this place"
