"Took my daughter here this morning, my daughter suffers from chronic kidney issues. We saw a male doctor, and female nurse named Tonya. I am blown away and so grateful with the care we received today! These two individuals went over and beyond for my little one. 5+ stars"
"If I can leave zero stars, I would.Took my wife here as she was suffering from severe respiratory flu symptoms on New Year's Day because there website stated under their Holiday Hours that they would be open on 01-Jan-2024. We arrived at 10am per their holiday hours for the day and observed a line of sick patients waiting outside in the Clcold while it was snowing, waiting to be seen. One of the women there told my wife and me that the facility was at capacity the day before on 31-Dec-2023 and was instructed to return the next day on 01-Jan-2024 when they open at 10:00 AM. After waiting in the cold outside, one of the women proceeded to call St. Elizabeth who informed them that in fact the office in Highland Heights was closed for New Year's Day. My wife, the other patients and I were furious. To mislead sick patients suffering with flu symptoms wait in the cold outside by explicitly informing them that they were open at the levels of their website as well as there work staff is criminal. I am certain people will be looking into this soon. In the meantime, beware. The people here really don't care about their patients' well being."
"My fiancé came in today for stitches on a knuckle. Dr. Diroff is who saw him. This doctor refused to give him stitches & kept pushing for glue. My fiancé kept telling him glue wouldn’t work as he has a labor job & works with his hands all day long, he knew the glue wouldn’t hold. Dr. Diroff completely ignored his concerns & still proceeded to only glue it. Two hours later the laceration is completely wide open again. I’m not sure if this doctor was being lazy or what, but regardless my fiancé knew what would happen & the doctor refused to listen to him. Here we are, having to go back & pay for another visit because of his negligence."
"I have always had issues with St Elizabeth Urgent Care. My only option was them today. Jarrod Walerstien was COMPLETELY horrible. How do they let people who lack social skills be doctor? He talked over me when I was describing what I was feeling, then he INVALIDATED how I was feeling. I would rather lay at home and suffer than to ever step foot in there again. If you can make it to other options do so. This place deserves to be shut down and staff needs to find a new career as NOBODY acted like they like their job which leads to sloppy care. I hope I can stop multiple patients from going here to be seen so they receive more appropriate care elsewhere."
"I was seen last Wednesday, the lady at the desk was more than wonderful as well as doctor and the nurse at the end of my visit. but the male nurse who got us in the room was very unprofessional and rude when it came to handling my 1yr old. Tried doing 5 different swabs after the 5th horribly failed attempt of trying to get the second swab and being very rough and so obviously frustrated with my son I finally denied going any further. Also left his oxygen monitor on his foot that was giving off scary false reading, saying “the doctor will take care of that” and giving me anxiety for 45 mins till the doctor came in. He was unnecessarily rough with my son and I do believe he needs some retraining when it comes to little ones. Everyone else there was extremely nice over all!"
