"I have done volunteer work at this location and each time I do, I am keenly aware as to how important the mission is to the staff. As with all organizations, there are the occasional missteps, but with a commitment to ongoing trauma informed care training, bringing on new employees that are passionate about the work they do, and having a new CEO who is a champion for the organization, Holly Hill has made tremendous strides in their care. I would support this organization and staff without any hesitation. I have watched how they go above and beyond to help improve coping skills and mental health for children and their families."

"I've had an absolutely horrible experience with this facility. I was told I had an appointment an hour and a half prior to my supposed appointment time which I was not aware of. When the supervisor called me, her and I went back and forth with "yes I did," "no you didn't" when I explained that there was no confirmation of the alleged appointment. Not too professional to say the least. Mind you, if the appointment was previously confirmed, why was there a phone call an hour prior to the appointment, asking if I would be there with my child. Also, I cannot tell you how many times I had to hear the supervisor say "that's not my job," again, not too professional. Then, I had 1 specific instruction which was completely ignored during the first appointment. For this being a supervised visitation facility, I'm not sure how much supervision there is when the ONLY request that I had was completely ignored. It makes me wonder if they disregard their own policies as well and how safe my child actually is while under Holly Hills care. I definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone."
