"I've been going to this practice for at least 3 years now. Everybody is absolutely wonderful. It's very easy to schedule an appt and get it when it is convenient for you. I have never been kept waiting without being informed. Doctor's offices get busy, it happens, so when there is a wait and I've been informed I'm still more than happy with their customer service. Even their My Chart works well. If I have a question after hours a nurse normally answers me by the next morning. The receptionists are also very helpful when you call in with questions. I am so happy with this office that I drive an hour to my appts to be with them, rather than find someone closer to me."
