"I appreciate all medical personnel but I don't understand why it takes over a week to get results from a ultrasound when the results were sent to the clinic the same day"

"Horrible - Dental clinic front desk person is rude, I got a wisdom tooth extracted, at the clinic, and it got infected and they would not even give me a antibiotic, or see me they said I had to wait four days and come in on an emergency walk in at the end of the week. Even though I had a infection in my tooth and in pain.And it was a procedure that they done."

"Went and had a tooth pulled and called the next day. The front desk lady was rude and when I told her they missed a large portion of my tooth she said that's normal and my body would reject it overtime naturally. All I wanted was to get my tooth completely extracted so I didn't have to be in pain and unfortunately I'm still in severe pain and I think the tooth is causing infection.."

"I've going a patient with Price Hill Clinic and Dental since 1987! In June of 2015 I had my last wisdom tooth removed. Today. 02.12.2017 I called and asked to have an appointment made for a tooth extraction. The woman on the phone Melissa. Melissa's tone was off. Very rude and it sounded like my call as a customer was upsetting her. I informed her that I need an appointment. She asked me the basic info. Date of Birth and name. She said I was a new patient. I informed her I was not. She raised her voice and said I was. I informed her that I had been going there since I was an infant. She told me they updated their system in 2013 and I hadn't been seen since. I informed her it was incorrect. I was seen in June of 2015. In September of 2016 I called and made a teeth cleaning appointment with a dentist in my network. I was called the day of my cleaning and was told the dentist was sick and that I'd need to call and reschedule the appointment. Well, I got busy working and with the holidays. I do NOT appreciate being screamed at over the phone. I do NOT appreciate being talked down to. I do NOT appreciate a rude tone being taken with me by a person who is supposed to be as professional. I called back and asked for Melissa's supervisor and Melissa answered. She gave me a number to a fax machine! The woman's name is Melissa. And I have called spoken to the city of Cincinnati. I've contacted the Mayor's office. And I will still continue to call until I have an appointment. It is not my fault this facility doesn't keep their records updated."
