"HUGE shout out to Rachel and Austin! Management please take note, Diamond member for several years and came into town to get away with my wife (without our kids) for the weekend. Of course we can't control who else stays on a property, but we didn't expect to be woken up early (5am)due to hustle and bustle. When we came down for breakfast tired, I stopped by the desk and asked Rachel if it was possible to move rooms. She took note of my phone number and offered to give me a call when housekeeping was through to assist. Not long after we went to check out the wineries, I received a call from Rachel letting me know she had a room on the top floor and that we'd have to be back by 3 to switch. Austin was kind enough to wait around for us and helped us get our belongings out and clean the room for another guest. Cassandra helped us get the new keys and mentioned to let her know if we needed anything since she was on the rest of the evening. All in all, turned a negative into a positive by going out of their way to assist us. Will absolutely stay here again because of their dedication. Thanks again Rachel!"
"My family always chooses Hampton Inn on the strength of its breakfast and general standards alone. They are the most consistent brand nationwide. We like our rooms clean, our staff friendly, and our waffles hot in the morning. That's what we got here, per usual. There was something about the front desk/lobby area that felt really nice and upscale which was a plus. Just a cool and refreshing design. It must be brand new or freshly renovated?"
"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Everything was spotless. There was a great lobby area, bar, and new Bistro. The rooms were clean and really cute! They also got us a room day of when we called as we were traveling all day. Everyone was friendly! We left before breakfast, but I'm sure it was good! They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus! Would visit again!"
"Super nice, clean hotel. Right off highway great for wineries. I have stayed at hotel right next to it. Both nice… Hampton is nicer though! King suite was large and had all necessary amenities. It is a little pricey though but with the breakfast and the quality it was worth it. Check out at noon was nice! Hotel was built within decade and looks brand new."
"Nice location for a hotel. Love the wine shuttle packages they offer for the area as well. Room was clean, basic amenities provided, and very tasty breakfast included in the morning. The pool was small but nice to jump into for a bit and we were the only people in it the whole time. Hotel was quiet even for it being a pretty booked evening. I was a little underwhelmed with the knowledge of the hotel staff. The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind and accommodating, this is not about her. In the evening we had wanted to drink a bottle of wine in the room and forgot to bring a wine key. My husband used to work for Hilton brand hotels and told me they had disposable ones at the front desk. Associate looked at us like a deer in headlights when we asked but she eventually got us one. “Bartender” at the lobby bar shot down every drink my husband tried to order without making suggestions. She was looking up 2 ingredient drinks on her phone and trying to tell us they were more complex than they actually were. If they didn’t have the proper ingredients, that’s fine, just wish she didn’t have a passive attitude and gave other alternative options. My suggestion would be to come prepared with a wine key and also don’t drink at the hotel bar. I would give this hotel another try sometime if I’m in the area though. It’s a newer build I presume as all the common areas and rooms were very modern looking. Price was right for the area and what was provided."
