"Great service! The medical assistants and the doctor were excellent! They were all very helpful and thorough! They were also fast and efficient!"

"Service extremely slow. Arrived to an empty waiting room and waiting 45 mins before being called back. No one left while we were waiting either. Then sat in the exam room for another 10 mins before being seen. My child and I left undiagnosed with orders for steroids and antibiotics for just in case. The physician and staff were very friendly though."

"Thank you for providing my daughter with the best care possible we did not have to wait long. Our appointment didn’t take long, hopefully to get her back up and running in a few days. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and even gave my daughter a sticker in a treat before leaving thank you."

"The employees need to be better trained on what services they provide to the community. I called Wednesday, Apr 12th and asked the lady on the phone if they are still offering flu shots. She responded with, “yes, we do. You do not have to make an appointment you can walk right in.” I call again today, Friday, April 14th and the lady today says, “no I’ve been here since December and we’ve never offered the flu shot.” Incompetency everywhere!!!"

"Good experience with the doctor. I signed in on line so I should have gotten in pretty quickly. We did wait for awhile and then I heard them call another patient in who had an appt that was 20 min later than mine. When I called the receptionist attention to it, evidently the girl before her went on break and did not finish checking me in and asked for my ID and insurance card so I was left in limbo in the computer. So then receptionist just said well you'll be next that's not why I signed in online. The rest was a good experience."
