"Worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. The staff is incompetent and rude to patients; when calling about a simple issue that could have been resolved easily, I was spoken to like a child and given no help. Dr. Gilreath was extremely difficult to deal with, spoke over me many times, and made the process of a medical withdrawal a nightmare. DO NOT come to this place unless you want to be overcharged, disrespected, and given subpar medical attention at best."

"I came in to sign up as a new patient, just to sign a few forms because that was all I needed. I had already been seen that week so I didn’t need any medical attention. I was in and out within 20 minutes. During my appointment, the doctor tried to scare me into having tests done, even though I had already been seen earlier that week and was being treated for something really routine. When I got my bill, I saw that I was charged as a level three medical concern, and that reflected in my bill amount. I have never been treated so dismissively and with such condescension at a doctor’s office as when I tried to resolve this issue. I called two times a week for two months before I got a respond back from anyone in the office, and all they said was that they couldn’t help me. I was told over the phone that Dr. Gilread’s time was more important than my own and that was why she couldn’t speak with me. I’ve since removed myself as a patient. If this is what happens when there’s nothing wrong with me, I don’t want to know what would happen if something were actually wrong with me."
