"My first appointment with my son I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and waited 36min to see the pediatrician being the only people in the lobby. Second appointment I was a little late and they told me they wouldn’t see us. The lobby was empty. I didn’t reschedule, I found a better pediatrician. That place wasn’t for us! I won’t recommend to anyone. Staff wasn’t friendly both times and the dark haired pediatrician we saw was cold and not very pleasant at all. Maybe she had a bad day but it just seemed like her personality. Make your own opinion."

"Incompetent staff do not know how to schedule appointments. Some of the worst doctors staffed here and with terrible staff I highly recommend almost anywhere else (Troy Pediatrics or Wilson). After we signed transfer paper they called surprised we were leaving even though we informed them as to why when requested/turned in paperwork. Not the smartest bunch here...."

"My son saw Allyson, the NP, and I seriously couldn’t ask for a more patient and caring person to care for my child. From the beginning, Allyson could tell my son didn’t do well with medical professionals and she was beyond patient in finding ways to still check him out. Every single concern or question I had was answered with so much detail and it was relieving after previous experiences of doctors just rushing us out of the office. They even took extra time to find stickers that had my son’s favorite character on them! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about this office and cannot think of anything bad/negative during the whole visit."

"Completely inconsiderate office staff. I went in for my daughter’s 9 month check up to the piqua office. We were told 130 and arrived at 120. My oldest daughter is handicapped and fell in the parking lot. So by the time we made it upstairs it was 125. Screaming 5 year old and 9 month old in hand I was turned away because apparently I was actually 15 min late for a 110 appointment. Marie at the counter was unwilling to be accommodating and unsympathetic. If it wasn’t for Dr. Weber being so good I would have walked away from the practice."

"I have had to make at least 6 same day appointments for illnesses and all the well child and immunization appointments for a 1 and 2 year old since I started seeing the pediatric group last year. Every appointment was scheduled for the same day I called and follow up appointments always had lots of choices for days and times. The doctors are all amazing and are very passionate about their job and give 100% focus to each person they see. They talk to you about what they are seeing and thinking about your child and take the time to address any questions and concerns you might have. Doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff are very nice and I've never seen anyone there without a smile on their face. I have been to 2 of their offices and both are very clean with toys in the waiting room and a TV with kids movies playing. My oldest girl gets excited about going there even when she knows she might be getting shots!"
