"Let me start by saying I went to the Troy Rehabilitation Center instead of the Piqua Looney Road one. I was there on time and checked in and everything when I was told I was supposed to be at the other facility. I still have the stickers 11/29/23. So I was told by a neurologist after being released from Upper Valley spinal and neurology, with spinal lesions and a spinal disease to start physical therapy at this facility. So I started and then started hearing a snapping noise when I walk that was getting louder and more noticeable on the pain level. I made my physical therapist aware of the situation and she did nothing. So I talk to the supervisor Miss Irvin and she lied to me and said that I had more cancellations than I did. I did cancel two of them because I couldn't even walk on that leg. Then told me she wasn't going to argue with me when I have the paperwork sitting in front of me on how many times I've been to physical therapy. this is all when it's been ordered by the same doctor for left leg weakness. I was walking with a walker a week before I started physical therapy. So yes the left leg did get stronger but also the left leg is still giving out on me. So when I got a called my physical therapist to cancel the appointment I explained to her what was going on with the pain and not being able to walk. I guess she did not make a note of that the concern of the snapping noise I was hearing in my ears. I do know enough that that's not normal. So if you or someone you care about is thinking about going to this physical therapy I would strongly advise you to find a better facility. Or schedule early in the day so you're not the last appointment when they're ready to get out of there. They cut my appointment short quite a few times and about bet you the insurance companies still got building full. I guess some people are in it for the money and some people really want to help people. I could not do the earlier appointments because my caretaker has to work during the day. So I am very limited on Transportation. Sorry for the poor grammar I still have to use talk to text because some days my hands will not work correctly. I also made them aware of that at the first appointment, they said that they said that would be occupational therapy. I guess people don't realize how important your hands are until they don't work for you. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my disability. I clearly understand the attendance policy, that's why I called and canceled. But what from the receptionist said at the Piqua location was that one of my no call no shows was the first day that I went to the wrong facility and checked in, I still have the stickers to prove it. So basically because she wanted to get out of work early that day, they canceled my appointment the very first day and probably still billed insurance. The locations are only 10 minutes from each other if they was going do bill me for the appointment and penalize me I would have at least like to get my paperwork done and the rest of my appointment."
"Best doctors. Kept very well informed. Everyone is extremely nice."
"I really like the physical therapy department, Ida has been great with me. She's helped me with my arm injury and just someone to talk to about the situation , and helped me deal with it."
