"I was contacted unexpectedly by my employer to stop by Concentra urgent Care to take a random drug test at the end of my shift which of course nobody gets absolutely thrilled about right? just being honest, not to mention the extra time and effort added to your day should it take a while but when I showed up for my appointment the people were very efficient so I wasn't there an exorbitant amount of time. Lastly but not least the people were very nice which is not to be diminished because that is a rare commodity these days, much appreciated ,thanks."

"Staff was nice. But there was one person ahead of me and I was next.I waited like 45 min for a simple pee test. Which I was holding. I finally asked what the hold up was because I really had to use the bathroom and the person before me was done like 35-40 mins ago. They then explained they were having computer problems. Which is fine. But instead of letting myself and others waiting after me. Sit there and wonder why??? Also to prepare for if someone has plans after to arrange accordingly to the time. They should have addressed us and made us aware of what is taking so long just as good customer service and show concern and that they are working on problem. Like I said they were nice but front desk was yelling back and forth to nurse in back. Do not know what she was doing the whole time or maybe she could have helped front desk in some way to get help. Because it was just the two of them there at the time."
