"Short wait, fast accurate blood draw. Friendly staff."
"One of the best places to get lab work, everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomists are friendly and professional. I won’t go to any other compunet."
"Due to an ongoing health issue I have to get my labs drawn every 4-6 weeks. I’m a hard stick, but the phlebotomists at this location are amazing and are able to get me with only one poke. Everyone is super nice & the wait is never long. Results have typically been sent within 12-24 hours."
"Very professional, very clean, much better than experiences I’ve had at businesses I will not name. Drug testing samples were packaged and labeled in front of me, nothing was improper and nothing was dropped or improperly labeled, as I’ve experienced at other businesses. Thank you for a great experience."
"The phlebotomist was really great! She’s very nice and she got blood on the first try. I’m not a hard stick but still. I’m giving two stars because of my experience with the front desk. The receptionist asked me to sign in on an iPad. 1.) considering COVID I think that’s rude. 2.) I needed to tell her I was doing all of my testing except for the glucola test today and she was on the phone the entire time and just sort of reached for my papers. I think it’s worth having someone at your front desk who isn’t making phone calls or at least if they are, they just politely ask the person to please wait until they are off the phone instead of assuming the patient has nothing important to say. I was called back before the woman at the front had even ended her phone call and I communicated to the phlebotomist that I would be coming back in 1 week for the glucola test."
