"My husband was released from the hospital with four medications called into Vandalia pharmacy. The pharmacist called to say they did not have any of the most important medication in stock, and suggested we call around to find it! Not only poor customer service, but unacceptable. When we called the pharmacy on North Dixie, they said they DID have it, but not the dose he needed, but would be happy to check the other stores for it. I think we just found a new pharmacy."

"Terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist regularly changes my prescription without approval from me or my doctor. Everytime I get a refill they force me to explain to them why what they try to give me won't work or is against safety regulations, which is complicated, time consuming, and unnecessary. I should never have to explain why my doctor wrote the prescription he wrote, let alone every single time I pick up a refill. The staff are incompetent and have a bad attitude. I've also never been asked for a photo ID or signature, even when picking up controlled substance prescriptions."

"First of all, the middle eastern woman that works at this location is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Second, don’t know what system they use, but all of my prescriptions but 1 came from 1 doctor on the same day and at one time they were all filled on the same day every month, now they’re always different dates. I’ve asked about this several times and it never gets resolved. As much as I hate to go to Kroger, I never had this problem their. So I guess it’s time to go back."

"I’ve been going here for years. Yes, the pharmacy is always busy (wish they could get some help), but regardless they are always friendly and helpful. Actually, all of store personnel are very helpful. Today I was looking for something and an off duty employee came up to me to offer help. Special shout out to Brad for always helping me find what I need and making all customers feel welcomed. He truly cares and is very genuine."

"I have been getting my families prescriptions filled here for years. Way back when it was a wonderful pharmacy! Never any problems, always fast and friendly! Now, for the past two or three years, it has been absolutely terrible!! Numerous times, they have messed up my son’s medication’s!! Most time they are out of stock! You have to wait days for your prescription, which I understand. They are busy, but some medicines need to be made a priority! The lack of care shows in the employees attitudes! Now it is 15 minutes after 8am when they are supposed to open at eight and I am still sitting in the drive-through pick up window. Late to work because they can’t make it to their jobs on time! I will be changing all my medication’s to Kroger’s. This is ridiculous!!"
