"Do Not go to this clinic! From the moment I walked in I was treated with such disrespect. The Nurse Practitioner was so extremely rude and condescending. As soon I walked into the exam room and without even asking me any questions or doing an Exam she said “Oh honey, what you have is viral”. I had told her that I did have Covid but am now negative. What I wanted to be seen for was an awful sinus infection that I’ve been treating with at home remedies and over the counter medications for 11 days and it was only getting worse. She kept pushing a Covid test and questioning the dates I tested myself. After going back and forth with her multiple times and trying to explain my symptoms and telling her that I’m a registered nurse she finally prescribed antibiotics. I’ve been on them for 2 days and feel 100% better. I’ve never been treated with more disrespect in my life and plan on reporting her behavior to the Ohio Board of Nursing."

"I've used this location for years, and I never will again. Rude staff, grumpy and rude practitioner. Incredibly unprofessional. And if they tell you not to make an appointment to have a TB test checked, don't believe them. They will deny you service and make you schedule an appointment. Or they might cancel your appointment altogether. I've never been so frustrated with a healthcare facility. This is my 3rd visit in a row with this experience."

"Staff are incredibly rude and unaccommodating, provider was unprofessional and grumpy. Stood in line for five minutes which made me five minutes late for my appointment which caused them to refuse to see me. Overall, going to this clinic was a very negative experience."

"I typically have always had good experiences with The Little Clinic except this time. I get seasonal allergies that turn into sinus infections then bronchitis if I don’t get it treated quickly enough. Every year, same thing. I explained this to the doc who immediately wanted to tell me I probably had Covid (I knew I didn’t) and she tested me. Came out negative, as I knew it would. I begin explaining to her, AGAIN, I go through this every year and need antibiotics before it turns into bronchitis. She examines me and even forgot to listen to my lungs until reminded to do so. Which she said were clear and sent me home with a paper explaining I had a sinus infection (which I knew already) and told me to buy some Flonase. Not even a week later, I am diagnosed with Bronchitis (like I told her would happen) and had to spend money another doctor. Don’t waste your time with this quack."

"This review is for those who have never had care from the little clinic before and do not want to make the biggest mistake by trusting these people as medical professionals while all you want is care to feel better; Got care from the little clinic a couple weeks ago. Go in and explain to the “provider” that I had shortness of breath, couldn’t breathe, a severe dry cough and chest pain along with trouble sleeping from my symptoms. She says my lungs are clear and gives me an inhaler. My wife is unhappy knowing an inhaler isn’t gonna help because I had an infection but truly try to give the inhaler a chance. Had many days I missed some work (Which I do not do) because I had such a hard time breathing. The inhaler, after 5 days hasn’t done anything to help me, and my symptoms are getting worse. I’m living off sleeping upright, over the counter meds and cough drops and the little clinic has lost all of my confidence. After about 10 Days I am getting a lot worse and can’t handle it so I go to the Urgent care and find out that I have a very severe respiratory infection and that I am in extreme risk of getting pneumonia and going to the hospital. The urgent care provides me care along with antibiotics and after 48 hours I feel like a totally different person; This could have happened Days before if I was given proper care from the little clinic. Do not use this company if you want proper care. I contacted customer service and was told the director would Contact me. I received her call, which was filled with excuses to cover the little clinics mistakes; Including going as far as explaining that any other medical advise I’ve received from other professionals was inaccurate and improper care while the care the little clinic provides is the correct way. That being said, One solution made me feel better and the other left me miserable for over an another week. She explained that many medical professionals whom are not affiliated with little clinic doubt the ability of those who work for them. Seems like those professionals are on to something. She explained that antibiotics are under a shortage right now and among other reasons that’s one reason they restrict prescribing them so obviously they have an issue providing good care even if the patient needs the help. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company because the company is a fail starting from the very Top!"
