"I went to this urgent care for an allergic reaction to medication prescribed to me. Every person I encountered from the front desk staff, nurse, and doctor I was impressed! Everyone was friendly and genuinely caring! I was helped quickly and competently with the help I needed! I will definitely go there again when I need help!"
"Not impressed. They told me that I didn’t need to book an apt twice for my tb follow up. Came back to get it looked at (takes less than 30 seconds to check it) and I was told I had to make an apt so I added my name to the walk in list- over an hour later was finally seen. The receptionist was short with me and no one just took the time to listen to me or even just say sorry. Everyone just gave excuses. Won’t be back"
"Definitely recommend! Everyone was so attentive and helpful. Went in on a Friday night, only 1 other person in the waiting area. I did not have an appointment but you have the option of making an appointment online. The PA came right in to see me, I was in and out within half hour. The office was also spotless!"
"The receptionist was very courteous. He had a wonderful attitude about his job. The nurse was very attentive and friendly.. the nurse informed me that they have had a very busy day, but that didn’t hinder the doctors attitude. He was pleasant, caring, and thoughtful during the examination. He didn’t seem stressed but you could tell he was fatigued from all the patients he had seen. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic."
"We called to ask about the scheduling process. A well informed technician (Jim) gave us good information. We were seen promptly and well cared for. Shay was an excellent compassionate thorough nurse. Seth's diagnoses was accurate and he was also kind and patient. We appreciate them especially as today is Christmas Eve! Thank you.
