"Erin Chung saw me in the hospital. I had spent days sick and unable to sleep. She rounded on me while I was sleeping, finally. She woke me up and I asked her to speak to my family and not me. She refused to do so, even after I asked her to do so more than once. Terrible bedside manne5, narcissist who must be right. Lazy diagnosis. She was incorrect abt my diagnosis but I'm sure it was the first thing that popped into her head."

"I wish I could give less stars. Doctors are fine. This organization overbooks patients so hour or more waits for pre scheduled visits are common. Went for referral, which I specified on phone and was told they could have given over phone if I asked. If your own people aren’t trained why mention."
"We arrived and my 90 year old mother was asked to punch her SS number in the keypad. She struggled for several minutes and finally I asked if the receptionist could look her up. We were finally told yes We waiting in a freezing ER waiting room for over 5 hours. Once back in a room the service was worse. No concern or caring for the patient."
