Walmart Supercenter

"All I wanted was happy birthday Written on cake. I stood there for a half hour makinging eye contact with at least 15 employees stocking selfs after asking one to get someone to help me. Then I just stood there with the HEY i need help look with my arms crossed in aggravation and they just walked bye me.they didn't even stop to ask if anyone had come to help. But belive me when If i find out walmart employees need my help I will be sure to treat them with the same respect . Not to mention The Times I have been there before and I have to check out my own stuff and the employees are just standing there. Snacking standing there looking lazy. And when you're scanning your own food and then you have a product like spray paint. And they have to come over and verify your age. But before they can they have to wipe The dorito cheese off their fingers is so Disrespectful. Now, I'm not under the impression that I'll never have to shop at Walmart again. But you better believe every time. I have to scan my own food and they ask me how my service was. On the screen where you get receipt. And it ask how they done on a scale of one to five if there was a way to give a negative star I would. And I dare one of the employees to ask to see my Receipt after I've done there job for them Kiss my a** walmart"

"Horrible customer service. I tried to return ink cartridges that were defective and they refused, stating policy. However, this policy is not on my receipt nor was it told to me when I purchased the items. Customer service refused to help in any way and basically told me I was out $54 on defective merchandise. They did not try to make it right in any way. I didn’t even want my money back, just an exchange. I was appalled by how rude they were. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with HP who did a video call with me and determined that the cartridges were indeed defective and they are sending me new ones. Buyer beware if you buy anything computer related at this store. I will never shop for anything beyond basic groceries there, if that, ever again. Treat your customers better!"

"Since this Walmart was renovated items have been stocked more consistently. Most of the staff is still disrespectful and unhelpful but do provide a great deal of entertainment while shopping. Tonight employees were chasing and hitting each other with items from the store. I’m sure there are some great staff somewhere in this Walmart, I just haven’t had the chance to interact with them."

"This has to be the worst Walmart in KY. The lady at the checkout was super nice, but it's rare for customers to be able to use an actual checkout line with a person instead of the self-checkout. The store never has anything stocked, but there's always plenty of employees just walking around not doing anything. Very poorly managed. We usually drive 20 minutes away just to avoid shopping at this store."
