"Misty and Carrie were a great help assisting with the MRI. I was pleasantly surprised that the MRI machine being much bigger than the one on Holland Sylvania Rd. I couldn't handle that one. 12 minutes for cervical is much better than 45 minutes in the older units. Nice clean facility with a very friendly staff gives this place 5 stars."

"Had blood draw on 9/25/23 a.m…the phlebotomist had less than zero personality. Not to mention, I had an unusual amount of bleeding and a decent size bruise. Blood draw didn’t hurt. I was in the restroom and could hear one of the phlebotomists complaining loudly about a male patient who came in and had a fear of the blood draw. For me to overhear an Employee complaining about a patient/customer is unacceptable. This was at the 1200 Medical Center Parkway (Maumee) location. I’ll stick to Secor Rd or Sylvania location going forward."
