"Rudest office I've ever encountered. Office called to remind me to get labs this week on Monday. Friday I'm here for labs with no order sent apparently. Called office lady hung up on me 3 times. Tried giving fax number before I was hung up on 3rd time. Lab tec called to rely correct number to the office and the receptionist was rude to this lab worker as well. Please fix. Patients deserve better care."
