"Giving a 2 star because I'm glad they took in my boyfriend so nicely and calmly. Didn't criminalize him in the slightest. About 30 minute after I walked out of the building, I decided I also need to be admitted. I'd been terrified of doing it and with him doing it i felt more confident, just to get shut down again. I called and ended up talking to Robin who belittled me for seeking help when I did saying "you were just in here 5 minutes ago and was fine, why all of a sudden so you need help too" and my favorite "I really can't believe you're pulling this right now". I have never talked to this woman. I just also needed help. I've pushed mysel stuff aside to make sure my man is okay and with him in here I figured I too could get help finally since he's being taken cate of. Not to mention it's Christmas. I'm homeless and alone and I was treated like scum. After I hung up with her I got a call back that asked me to come to the facility they'd like to do my intake. So now I'm here. And I guess we will see if I go or not."

"Horrible place. They turn away detoxing people, no reception, I went there to check in for alcohol withdrawal. I juchecked in and they made us wait for hours. Thanks for noting. Alcohol detox is deadly and I got turned away"

"They stole my boyfriend body wash and they gave him narcotics and he didn't know he was taking narcotics they refused to give him a nicotine patch and they were also holding him against his will and he told him he had the right to leave at any given point if he wanted to AMA out they told him that we're not going to discharge you until tomorrow as of 10-7-2023 and they didn't give him his medications that were given to him prescribed by his doctor the only thing I have good to say about that place is that their food he said was okay overall I would not go to this place ever and they keep waking him up every hour when he had a roommate and every 2 hours when it was just him. He had to ask for permission to do anything."

"I went through php and was half way through IOP when I missed what was originally an "optional/voluntary class". This was a 3rd absence and they only allow 2 but I have seen them allow another person in the class take a 3rd absence to work overtime at their job. I was home with my daughter who had just had a surgery on the 21st and fell asleep after a miserable Christmas of her being up and crying and in pain and missed the class. Tried calling as soon as I woke up and even tried to come to the building but noone would even speak to me. Calling the next day i left voicemails on multiple peoples machines again and did not recieve a call back until 5pm. 7 hours into calling that day and 22 hours after the first voicemails left. They see me come in every day exhausted with bags under my eyes and baby puke in my hair because i sacrifice all my "me time" to attend this class. They know my daughter has a health condition that makes it so I have daily appointments for her. I started php 2 weeks after my c section. Its very clear that i wanted to be there and that i was trying. I was always happy to be there and happy to share. I was trying so hard. I had been put on a behavioral contract during PHP and that was their reasoning for not working with me as they had others. I had graduated PHP and it was unfair to have it counted against me. It was unfair to count a voluntary class against anyone. And it was unfair that I have seen them willing to work with others who clearly didn't want to be there but wouldn't work with me when I needed this class now more than ever before. I asked if I could restart the program, asked if I could even start at PHP again or even a higher level of care and was told "clearly this isn't the program for you". Clearly they aren't there to help people if they can't show some basic human compassion to a new mother who clearly needed help."
