"Had to get lab work done for my kids and this older lady who was the main nurse taking the blood was outright rude. Told me I had to bear hug my 1yr which I did and the nurse tried both arms and couldn't get blood and blamed me for "not holding my child tight enough" cause my baby jerked her arm. She also said she was holding my child tighter than I was. I was holding my child tight but I wasn't trying to hurt my kid's chest either. The girl she was training, Salena, was an absolute delight though. BUT overall I'm not coming back here again. I'll just spend the extra time and go to Lutheran Children's hospital since they know what they're doing and my mom has never had an issue there."

"I have tried THREE times to see a doctor this month. It doesn’t matter who the doctor is and it has been impossible. The first time the scheduler made my appointment in an incorrect time slot. The second appt was about a week later and when I get there, the doctor wasn’t. I was driving when the office called so I did not answer. The third time I asked the scheduler to please schedule me on any Tuesday since it’s my only available day. Again, the doctor doesn’t matter. The girl gives me a card with an appt for Jan 23. Get to the office and was told my appt was Jan 22. You’ve got to be kidding me. I refuse to go back to this medical office."
