"Automated service is terrible. Waited a week for my prescription to be filled. It took them 5 days to fill a script of prednisone. No courtesy call. Nothing. Refused to give me a corporate number for the complaint. Steer clear of this location."

"Pharmacy note: Prescriptions never ready when they say they are. You even ask them when they’re going to be done and add a half an hour and still wait 20min. My doctor calls and tells them they can fill a prescription early, but they never make notes in the system. I guess they manage by memory. Always running low on seemingly all medication. They’ll tell you they have a certain amount left in stock and your doctor will write a script and call them 10 minutes later and they give them a different answer."

"This has got to be THE SLOWEST, most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever used. There is literally NEVER a line 4 cars deep in the drive thru, and this is after already waiting 10 mins. Inside is no better. The last 3 times I’ve had time sensitive prescriptions called in to be picked up same day….they’ve told “sorry, we are days behind.” What the heck? So I’m supposed to wait how many days for the antibiotics for this painful UTI or for the steroid pack the doc called in to treat the poison ivy that has swelled my eye shut? It’s utterly ridiculous…and this week get a text advising customer that they’ll start being closed 1:30-2:30 for lunch. Are you serious?! They’re already days behind, also why do they not rotate lunch times like every other store on the planet? Switching pharmacies today!"

"CVS is a decent location; I chose this location because Heartland Pharmacy on Far Hills is closed on Sundays. The store was clean, the staff was helpful. The floor plan, merchandise, and overall experience is consistent with all of the other CVS locations."
