"Dr. Nader & his staff are the best! Drive an hour to appointments and the care we receive is the best. The kindness and compassion is unmatched!"
"I want to say thank you to all employees and doctor for saving our daughter little friend and nice and professional thank you from cheyanne"
"Go there if you want a hack job for spay or neuter and to have them barbarically and haphazardly staple your dogs incisions. This is an archaic procedure. The older lady working the phones is often rude, unhelpful, and overall has no sense of people skills. They also rushed weighing our dogs who are visibly different in size, not just by scale measurements. They stated that our much bigger dog was the same weight as our very petite dog so one came home very doped up and the other one was very wired. The only pleasant experience was when they had to take the staples out because that tech was sweet. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We adopted them and this is who they sent us through. Never again. I will happily pay my vet to do any procedures moving forward if adopting through the same rescue."
"Pay them to do teeth extraction on a cat that has been struggling. Blatantly lied and said he did what he was paid to do. Still was having problems and went to a different vet to discover that the Portland vet did not pull the teeth like he was paid to do. And then had a discussion with us cleaning he did the job. You just lost a long time customer and we have 15 animals that we take care of so you just lost out on a lot of money just for lying and stating that you did a job that you were paid for and did not do it....."
