"Absolutely terrible customer service. Desensitized staff who does not care about quality treatment to people or getting their prescriptions to them timely and accurately. Even when they make mistakes, they do not try to rectify the situation and instead continue making it more and more difficult to simply get your prescription. I am shocked that they even still operating with the rude staff that they have. I try to have grace and assume someone might just be having a bad day and I also understand that mistakes happen. However, looking at all of the other one star reviews and with no response from anyone, it’s obvious they don’t care. Very unfortunate. I literally have never had a smooth experience with them. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible."

"Horrible pharmacy! They never have the scripts I need, I always have to wait 2 days (typically) for meds to come in, for simple things, such as migraine meds and birth control pills. I cant afford to skip days on my birth control, yet i have had to do so in the past 2 months because the pharmacy could not provide me the medication in a timely manner. My mom has this pharmacy and has the same problem. She is been currently waiting on a cortisone cream for 3 DAYS!!! It's absolutely insane. The pharmacists are also not very friendly and are always short when with you when you call/pick up prescription. Will be switching to Rite Aid."

"I have been going to Meijer Maumee Pharmacy for years. In the past few years the service has changed. They do not care about saving you money. Every time we pick our scripts up we have to let the customer service person know about Good RX, our insurance and reexplain everything. They said they would keep it on file but they never do. When I went to pick up my wife’s scripts I did not know I had to re-give my info. So they charged the full amount for a script. My wife calls and they told her she needs to educate me on what to do. Then said that she would not give her the difference in the discount. We go through this every month!! Looking for a better Pharmacy now."

"The new pharmacy tech, who looks like Gabe from the Office, and is just as unlikable, refused to run my medication through secondary medicaid insurance, which left me to go 3 weeks without my breathing medication. I am an active person so going without my breathing medication is a huge deal- not some small inconvenience. Everyone else at that pharmacy is excellent at what they do and I'll miss them."
