"We had an unfortunate accident one evening when I hit our aging cat in our garage. Her breathing was labored and seemed in respiratory distress. We quickly called a few places in the Findlay area. Since we were not a regular customer, we could not get anyone to help that late in the evening. We called Veterinary Emergency Center in Maumee and they said they would be glad to see her. When we arrived it was almost midnight. They looked at her as fast as they could. After the examination, they affirmed our assumption, the injury was going to be fatal. The professionals at the Veterinary Emergency Center made our cat comfortable and administered the necessary medication to let our dear companion slip away peacefully with us by her side. Then, they offered us options for her after-life care. We are so thankful our paths crossed with these compassionate animal lovers that fateful evening. They even offered us a fair financial conclusion to our heart-wrenching night. Thank you Veterinary Emergency Center of Maumee, we appreciate your kind and compassionate work."

"I do not recommend this place to anyone... The doctor Raymon was very rude and did not seem like he knew what he was doing. The whole time he was giving me analogies about random stuff that had nothing to do with the problem that was going on with my pet . He also told me that he had pressed down on my dogs pressure points until she turned purple... who in the world what's to hear that when you seeking help your pet that obviously isn't doing well."

"If I could give zero I would. We called ahead to let them know we would be bringing our dog in to get checked out for puss and blood discharge from her spay incision and they said they would be waiting for us. They made us wait 15 minutes before opening the door to let us in after we called to check in. We got into a room the lady quickly looked over our pup and said that the doctor will be in shortly after he finished up an ultrasound. We waited 40 minutes and finally asked how long it will be till the doctor seen our pup after hearing all them laughing and talking in the back for a good 15 minutes. She told us he is currently taking care of a critical patient and that our dog seemed fine to her and that sge doesnt seem to be in pain. She dismissed our pups obvious issues and pain. We left right there knowing she wouldn't offer the best care and compassion for our pup. We wouldn't recommend to anyone under any circumstances. Don't go here for emergency issues if you care about your animal."

"I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl today. Worst day of my life, but the staff here were so caring and understanding, got us in quick and gave me all the time myself and my fiancé needed to say goodbye. As awful as it was to make that decision, they made it easy for us and for our pup and made sure she did not suffer."
