"Have always loved Jimmy John's subs!!! They are fair priced for their size, their are super quick and all freshly made. This location is always clean inside and I have only had an issue with their customer service 1 time!! My favorites are definitely the B.L.T and Vito sandwiches."

"Do yourself a favor and don't order from here; it's overpriced, and they likely will mess up your order. I ordered a Beach Club, and the two signature ingredients – turkey and avocado – were missing when I opened my delivery. I called, and they said they would bring a replacement sandwich; however, it never came. I literally was left with a $9 sandwich of two slices bread and hardly anything for veggies. Take a drive to Jersey Mike's instead; it's worth it."

"JJ’s is an average sandwich shop which typically stands out due to it’s ‘freaky fast delivery’. I have never received my order in less than 2 hours from this location. I would imagine most people order due to options being limited in Kent. If you’re looking for a better sub or faster delivery, you might as well order from Streetsboro. This location checks no boxes."

"I get delivery from here to my office on Kent's campus. While the food is good and an okay price...fast it is not. I wouldn't mind waiting an hour for my sandwich delivery if that was the norm of the restaurant or if it was scratch made to order, but for a place that markets itself as super fast, it my friends is not. I've never had a delivery from this store take less than 45 minutes. As such, I'd reccomended trying a different delivery place if your in a hurry or very hungry but can't leave the office."
