"Worst experience. Night shift told me they couldn’t provide the food I ordered on the app. Offered an alternative. Then said they couldn’t do that (including french fries) or give my money back. Even after speaking with Manager Liv. Was told to contact a 1-800 number for further help with a refund. Only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option."

"this is the worst service. i asked simple questions, and got so much attitude. I am also a fast food work and to be so disrespectful over such small things is actually sad. I wasn’t rude at all but asked for two separate orders which i know can be inconvenient (but it’s really not i’ve done 4 separate orders before.) and then i asked for just an added hashbrown ( which in my experience are usually already made.) so you need to have a perfect simple order here if you don’t want to get attitude. So yeah that made me mad. hope y’all talk to your employees about costumer service cuz that AINT IT.:)"

"Took forever for a simple order then when they finally gave it to me, it was only half my order. I didn't realize till after I got home and was forced to drive back to them to get a refund instead of doing it over the phone. I'm sick I don't feel good I just wanted some breakfast but I got a massive headache instead"

"Lady at the drive-through, had a sour attitude, and took 10 minutes for two orders. We ended up driving off because it took so long she decided opening lids was more important. She was wearing a Southeast jacket with her hair down gross, when we eventually pulled up to the window she sighed and looked up without even greeting without even saying anything, this was our que to just go"

"Probably the worst McDonald's in the area, if you can make it, the one on 43 has the friendliest staff and makes your order correctly. I came here and the staff said verbally that they were mad at having to make plain burgers all the time and purposely put onions all over my sand which. On top of this, they close early at least once a week, and tend to claim it's due to short staffing but when you go inside there's 15 people and 4 sitting around talking. Their hours change on a day to day basis, they could close anywhere between 8pm-11pm, and while usually it's around 10pm they've closed as early as noon before. I went to pick up a mobile order at 10:30 and they said they were closed, and we kept trying to clarify what was happening because the worker was talking in a whisper into the microphone and she was rude because of this. Generally, this McDonald's sucks and don't eat here unless you have to."
