"On more than one occasion they messed up my order. Called them and told them about it and that I would come back. It's a 15 minute drive each way . Once I got there they asked me for the old dinner . Had they asked me to bring it back I would have. Not thinking they wanted it. So I didn't get my food , I was treated like I was a lier ! I'll never go back."

"I called Hibachi Xpress Kent, to let them know I had contacted my dasher about a missing beverage (The dasher said she never received one from them). The lady on the phone was nasty to me and said, "Ok sweetie, their is a sign on the door that says you grab your own drink, k. So that's not my problem." I never even got to tell her our steak was burnt before she hung up on me. I spent $80 and that's how they treat a paying customer... I've ordered from other Hibachi Xpress locations and have never had an issue. The quality of the food was poor and so was the customer service. I paid more at this location and received half the amount in my entrees. This was my first and last time eating from this location."

"Food had no taste. At All. Won tons taste like dish water/freezer. Food tasted like pepper. Noodles over cooked and tasted like pepper. Everything tasted like pepper. It it was so peppery all you taste is pepper. The cook came to the counter with a spatula… Overall I wouldn’t come back. They used precooked vegetables so I doubt anything was fresh. Even the proteins. There’s no way to make the food again and wish I could get a refund."

"We did the trio and the double hibachi and it was amazing. We got the half rice and half noodles and we did specifically detailed directions on how to make our meal and it was followed accurately!!! Great job"
