"Edit 2024... For years - family goes here - and in the last year - they have grown to be INSULTING. I have REFUSED to eat from there - offering to drive to the Tallmadge location instead - but the family chooses convenience over quality... The standard fare "we repeated your order to you"... Tonight ends the convenience of a place less than 1/2 mile - and we will now ALWAYS drive 20min round trip to Tallmadge to AVOID the ATTITUDE at this location. YMMV - but no matter what - you (CUSTOMER) will always be wrong in the case of ABSOLUTELY anything - as they have NEVER made a mistake... Best of luck. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location."

"We typically order from the Ellet location but unfortunately they don’t open until 2 on Sundays! I ordered 4 very simple pizzas for a family get together today and they were all 4 burnt! I don’t think there was enough cheese on all 4 put together to properly cover one. It seemed that they could not even cut the pizza correctly! What a waste of money, this was the 2nd time we tried this location and will not make that mistake again. Shame on them for not only letting 1 but 4 pizzas leave their location looking that way! They seen those pizzas before they put them in the box!!!"

"Terrible food. Waste of $75, which is awful to just throw away. I’ve given this location multiple chances. Then I decided to stop going there, because it’s awful every time. Thought I’d take a chance going back a year later, out of convenience. This visit trumped them all. Last time I will ever go to this location. I’m done. Ordered 2 large speciality pizzas, which tasted weird and weren’t cooked thoroughly. Doughy. Both cold. 12 dozen extremely overpriced wings, that honest to God, looked like they went out back and ripped them straight off the chickens. Drum and wing parts still connected and the deformed looking. Pointy, sharp and hollow bones sticking 1.5 inches plus, out of several of them with no meat or skin on the exposed bones. One was just exposed bones with skin only on it. Little chicken hairs still on them. They weren’t even coated with sauce completely. The box of jojo’s were cold, dark, soggy and looked like they’ve been soaking in oil for an hour. How on Earth, they even thought it was acceptable to let that food leave there, in the first place, is mind blowing. I threw the jojo’s out, 8 of 11 (shorted one) of the wings, as well, and we ate half the pizzas. Needless to say, we all had upset stomachs and ended up in the bathroom, all evening. Never again. I wish I could post these pictures on here. Absolutely disgusting."

"I have the phone number memorized as I have called them so many times since they first opened. This is my local pizza and chicken delivery choice. I love the fried chicken and jo jo's. They make great pizza. I usually get delivery. Things show up hot and in great shape."
