"Dirtiest Panera I have been to. Dirty!!! Every table and every bathroom stall was gross and uncleaned. The girl who took our order didnt pay attention to half sandwhich instead of a whole. $37 for 2 people to eat soup and a sandwhich! Highway robbery."

"I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and I have had these from Panera for years. What I got was nothing like what I am accustom to as far as quantity and quality. I did request the croutons be left off, and I know there’s not a lot to a Caesar salad, but this salad was small, the chicken was tasteless, and the Parmesan cheese was almost non existent. Instead of shaved or grated, I got powder. I am completely floored that I spent over $13 + delivery for a bowl of lettuce with unseasoned chicken and powdered cheese. Had I been in the restaurant I would have requested a refund and gone someplace else. This is not the first issue I have had with this location and they do not seem to care. If it wasn’t for the Cuyahoga Falls location I would be done with Panera all together. Panera is just not what it used to be. Very sad."
