"Didn't even eat, just sat and then left. Is there a reason the thermostat has to be set to 100 degrees in there? It felt too hot as soon as we stepped in, we had to take off our coats immediately but then was sat under a vent where it felt like standing in front of an open oven. A little overboard. I get maybe not wanting people to be too comfortable that they sit forever, but it was kind of ridiculous how hot it was. My family really wanted to order and eat there, but it was unbearable and sweaty."

"09/2023 Applebee's has redeemed themselves. With Covid behind us, for the moment, the food, service, and portions have improved. I praise their wings. They have a great menu and I highly recommend dining there. It's sad that Covid has impacted their service and food. Understaffed, we experienced undue wait time for service (can't find help). Food portions have been cut back; a half rack of ribs is now a quarter rack (four ribs). The mgr did address the issue when we complained. We still like Applebee's, and will return, but please don't pass 4 ribs off as half a rack. I was told they measured the rack by weight. Not reasonable. Steaks are sold by weight, 6 oz, 8 oz, etc., not ribs. Change the description if it is no longer economically feasible to sell a half rack for the price indicated, or increase the price. Don't tell an untruth."

"Nothing beats a little desert and drinks. It was a quiet Wednesday with quick service and food made to order. The drinks were poured strong too so no complaints there. The blonde was good even when I got it without the ice cream. Can’t mix drinks and ice cream. No good in the long haul."
