"Honestly, I’ve held back on writing a review the last few visits because I try to be understanding of the busy season and maybe being short staffed. However, nothing has improved. Our waitress was nice, forgot a few things and that’s alright, it happens. But when we received our food, the biscuits for the sandwich were undercooked and very un presentable, it truly looked like someone took a fork and just scrapped the tops off. We ate our meals and had told the manger we had been waiting on pancakes and she said “okay” and received them about 10 minutes later,. One pancake was completely white and very undercooked. Staff seems to be very unorganized. Probably won’t be returning to this location."

"Food and service pretty standard for a Bob Evans. My avocado chicken has scoops of avocado instead of slices. That changed the texture and taste (-1 star). My son said the blueberry hotcakes were very good."

"Really good food and they I have okay service but normally they don't go in time a lot and also it's normally very cold it's like now and then we go there and it's warm so if you're going to plan on staying there for a little bit you would be frozen."
