"Wendy's has degenerated so bad in the last 3 years. The service is terrible at this location. We waited for 5 min and no one took our order. We left and will never return. For the sake of the employees, I hope management can fix it."
"Ordered at the stow -kent store inside to go . The cashier Amber was very polite. She was training a new young lady and was doing a great job at helping her and I at same time . Fast service and my potato was hot and perfect cooked with lot of bacon and cheese on it . This Wendy's can be slow at times with rude workers,but Amber made my experience a very enjoyable one today . Very nice lady who is good at her job ."
"Redhead frontline worker was mean & short even tho there was literally no one besides me in line. Fries were cold & hard. Bun on my burger was soaked with grease, also cold:) i work customer service too. It’s really not that hard. & clean those moldy pop tabs, ew"
