"I wish they would fix their receipt machines. They've been broken for a while!! Also, our Big Macs had hardly any toppings on the. Very sparse. Very disappointed!!"

"My husband went inside to order an iced coffee,a problem of course. Decided to go through drive thru. Took forever! No one else there. Took approx. 20 min. To get coffee. The kid took his 10.00 bill,gave my husband back $2.00. My husband said you owe me a $5.00. The kid gave it to him. My husband said what about the other $1.00 you owe me,he gave it to him. This kid didn’t have any idea what he was doing!"

"Another bad experience at this McDonalds #34016. This is on 12/21/2023, placed order at kiosk as the counter could or would only accept cash? Time was 12:47pm took 22 minutes and that was after I complained. Also they screwed up on the drinks , ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato and got something mocha. Service at this location is sporadic. I have been going to Burger King lately they always put a neat burger together. MCDonalds at this location throws them together. But McDonalds is a lot closer. I will admit I am older than most who buy here and I remember when customer service meant something. Guess that went somewhere else."

"The food was wonderful. Nuggets were hot and crisp. However service was absolutely horrible and Pam needs to be fired as of yesterday. She was rude from the moment she answered on the speaker, then didn’t say a word at the window, and slammed the window in my face when trying to ask for a receipt. I then asked someone at the second window and refused a receipt saying that I said no after I saw her crumple up about 10 receipts in front of my face. Absolutely disgusted by her, especially being customer facing."
