"Literally never remember to put the fries in the bag. Not ever I swear it's when you get an additional order of fries it's like the normal order with the combo just doesn't exist anymore. Beyond me or why is a mystery.... Wrapping up sandwiches also is a solid attribute to have."

"Absolute trash, we had a DoorDash order (not their fault) but we had 3 items missing and one item wrong. It took calling them five times to finally reach them, I explained what we received and only got the response of the items not listed on the receipt cause she packaged it personally yet to find out she was completely wrong we had two drink missing that were definitely listed as well as missing nuggets also on the receipt. The item wrong was no pickles on the sandwich which the shock and horror of finding pickles on the first bite. Her response was very vague and a careless apology with a stressed attitude after missing three items she personally packaged was unacceptable, after telling her the items missing clearly had them on the receipt. No refunds, no true apology, just blowing it over like it’s nothing despite saying she was. Do not bother with this one, this place has NOTHING to offer anyone. Absolute trash"

"Just left the drive thru where I spent 30 min in the drive thru waiting for my food which came out incorrect. Keep in mind there were only 2 cars in front of me. I ordered a rally burger meal, large, no tomato, with a sweet tea. they gave me tomato, Fries that were soggy and not fully cooked , and the Burger was so sloppily put together I lost my appetite after looking at it. I’ve eaten at many rally’s and never had a bad experience but this place was disgusting. Food was disgusting, just disgusted with the whole experience. Would not eat here again"

"Well, the food was edible, but not great. The burger was so greasy we had to take the buns off. Fries tasted good, but were ice cold. Mozzarella sticks were ok, even they tasted like they were soaked in grease. The mozzarella sticks were actually forgotten, had to return to get them. Cashier was nice enough though, also a ridiculously long wait for cold food. Without the coupons, I absolutely would not come back."
