"This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They always give you cold fries even when you specifically ask for fresh fries. The burger is never made the way I order it. Will never go back to this location again."

"I ordered a biggie pack cheeseburger that was cold and dry, the chicken nuggets were tolerable, and the fries were good and hot. Many years ago I was a manager for one of the local Wendy's and I would have NEVER let that poor quality go to a consumer. The service girl at the window was very nice. Other than that, the Canton Rd Wendy's needs to pay attention as to what they are giving to customers. I will not go back..."

"Ordered for 2 people, the guy at the window must be stoned or on something because he was not understanding how the order process worked. I asked for a 10 pc chicken nugget meal and he said “is that all” and then my fiancé ordered and I had to remind the guy that I still need to order my drink for my meal… I asked for sweet and sour sauce, I got honey mustard. Homie for sure is on something."

"Can't get a simple burger right. I ask for plain with lettuce. I get everything except lettuce. So tired of this place because eveytime I go here my order is wrong and I have to waste my time going back to get it fixed then the rest of my food is cold. Not to mention the workers here have HUGE attitudes constantly, and hang up the phone on you before you're even finished talking!"

"I just went through your drive-thru 30 minutes ago, ordered two singles with no cheese and a large chili. And I asked to make sure that the Buns were warm which they were and I do appreciate that. But the sandwich was absolutely awful the hamburger patty was burnt and dry hard as a rock so so disappointed. My husband went there last week and got a Dave single and a large chili he bragged on it said how good it was, that's why I went there today. Something drastic must have happened between then and now shaking my head, so done with Wendy's. I tried calling but no one answered the phone, Wonder why?"
