"Ordered a #9 Italian giant sub with NO mayo. Got home and it's slathered with mayo. Had to throw the whole thing out since I cannot eat egg products. How hard is it to follow instructions? Going back to Jersey Mike's."

"This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been too. Horrible service got my sandwiches wrong 3 times and when I called to speak to a manger was left on hold for a very long time. Ended up hanging up after speaking to "Chris". Worst experience, AVOID IF YOU CAN"

"Floor was incredibly stick with dead flys all around the soda fountain. Ordered two beach clubs and one had a massive hair on it. Took it back to get a refund (obviously my appetite wasn't the best after that) and was told they were unable to refund me for the hairwich I paid about $10 for. Why would I want a replacement sandwich or a "credit" for an unclean, hair serving fast food place? Staff was rude and dismissive."

"I reached out to customer service on 8-31-23 because our entire order was wrong for the second time. Our sandwiches were made wrong (receipt was listed correctly) and we were charged for items we never received. By the time we got home and unwrapped everything, I wasn’t gonna drive back to the store to have it corrected. I thought customer service and Jimmy John’s would help resolve this situation but I have not got a response."

"If you're looking for a low carb option as far as subs go, try the Unwich! They can make any of their sandwiches this way. It's basically the sandwich of your choice, wrapped in lettuce leaves. I had a Turkey Tom and added onions, perfect! It's filling, lettuce was crisp and you honestly don't miss the bread. I prefer this to the subs in a tub from Jersey Mike's that you eat with a fork. This comes wrapped tight in paper so it's easy to eat on the go. Price wise, it was like $8 so not bad. Staff was nice, service was quick, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Give it a try!"
