"No stars because whoever the guy is with the curly ponytail and glasses, she was so rude even before I started to order my food. My friend was telling her what I wanted and she kept talking over her and trying to rush us thru the drive thru. Finally getting to the window the lady( Darren) is what it says on my receipt. My food was cold. Sandwich didn't have bacon has seen picture above, cheese looked old and fries were dark, not hot and nasty. She was going to make my fries over but since she already had an attitude l, I didn't want that done and asked for my money back. She definitely didn't like that and slammed the order window and walked away and had whoever he is refund me. Nobody had on name tags except one person who was at the counter. Never going to this location Again. Me and my friend always have problems here. The workers are always so rude."

"This location takes forever. I waited over 25 minutes at the drive thru until I ran out of time and couldn't wait anymore. I've left with nothing a couple times now. The times I actually had my order taken in a decent amount of time, the food was not even hot. Done with this location."

"My son's and husband's food was fine, mine on the other hand was wrong! Tonight was the third time it's happened. I ask for no tomato because I'm allergic to it. I get home and have to inspect my stuff for tomatoes and to my surprise I have tomatoes and my food goes to the dogs. Glad my dogs eat better than me. Looks like I'm not eating dinner once again. You can't follow a simple request when we pay about $40 each time we go?!"

"It’s refreshing to see a fast food restaurant actually give you food when there is a special like a two for seven for instance. I got two regular roast beef sandwiches and they actually added in more mozzarella sticks all for $11 not bad I appreciate when people go out of their way to make a sandwich right instead of how everybody is cutting corners and you get small portions, but have to pay a bunch of money, thanks again Arby’s for making my sandwiches with some meat on them and the extra mozzarella sticks"

"Some decent $5 coupons on some tasty sammiches. That 5 roast beef sandwiches for $5 is a phenomenal deal. Happy to see it come temporarily."
