"I didn’t think to ask the young lady’s name, but I spoke to her manager about her. The young lady is the embodiment of McDonald’s gold standards of service. She recognizes me as a regular mobile order customer as soon as I walk into the restaurant. Today, she saw me, laughed and said “You know I usually have your order ready!” She’s right, she usually does - which is why I didn’t care about the short wait at all today. She even noticed that I changed up my order. This young lady is just the most pleasant, hardworking crew. I wish she would have been on my crew when I was a McDonald’s manager. Rubber City McDonald’s owner/operator(s) need to recognize her."

"The place was understaff and when I stop at their location they were slammed with lots of customers. The few people working at this establishment were doing their best to have orders fast but unfortunately it was too many customers at the same time. My order took over 20 min to be done. I guess I was just always a custom to having my food in less than 3 minutes. Never the less I would have to say the manager at this place was a total rock star, I saw her going at light speed to take care of multiple people and orders at the same time, she maintain her professional and game face on the entire time I was there. I was getting a bit annoyed because my food was taking so long, but after seeing the manager keep her cool, friendly and kind demeanor, I took a chill pill and waited patiently. The low stars review is due only due to the long wait."

"The fries weren't hot. The line was wrapped around the building. The food was sub par to most other locations I visit. The prices are way too high for what they serve. The only great experience is the mature lady cashier at the drive-thru! I always enjoy her! She brightens my day!"

"It's very quiet, and there's practically no wait when it comes to any McDonald's. The place was mostly empty. Most likely due to the food quality. It's what you would expect from McDonald's. All in all, it was cool for a lot stop. The r restrooms were clean enough and spacious. It is convenient."

"This was a mostly positive experience. The woman at the first window was super positive, complimented my hat, and had on cute sunglasses! The process and food came out quickly. However, the woman who gave me my food didn’t say a word to me and just shoved it out the window despite me telling her to have a good day/saying thanks/etc. and this was the food (it was for my grandmother, so I felt awful for not checking before I left)."
