"I wouldn’t even give this location one star. What I saw today after leaving children’s pediatric surgery was terrible. I watched the Manager smack food back at a customer and curse at her for coming back in because her food was cold that was giving in the drive through. Then another customer was so tired of waiting reach over the counter grab food that was not his and the same manager take sauce and start spraying it across the counter which it almost got on me. Then chase him out the door. I never write reviews but I’m in shock this place is open. Only saw one worker that seemed decent and tried. The place smelled like weed but coming from the back where food was being made. I honestly can’t believe what I saw happen today. For 40$ worth of food and waiting over 30 minutes for food that was cold and gross I wish we didn’t come here."

"$25 worth of food can't eat the cole slaw Cause it's really nasty,mashed potatoes and gravy taste like black beans. French fries are cold And didn't even get biscuits with my family meal....... I'll buy KFC from now on. Popeye's chickens disgusting."

"Slowest place around. Very rude employees. Refused to give me order already paid for. The manager is even worse standing around not doing a thing running her mouth. Do not eat here employees don't wash hands at all. They were touch every without gloves then touching food without gloves, health department has been notified. This place needs shut down until new management and employees"

"I like nuggets. Sometimes they have them, and sometimes they don't. There's times they say that you must use a credit card . I've been told, they're only customers we're serving is door dash. On one instance I got nuggets that were disgusting and dried out and after she just served me, ask me for the receipt. I've never been so insulted. I like your product just not the service. When they don't accommodate me, I have to drive twenty minutes away to another Popeyes. Also, they shut the fryers off at 7:30 and clean them so they won't have to stay longer at closing. I was told this by one of the employees like it was normal procedures. You've got a great product and people who are trying to discourage customers from eating there, and not even realize what they are doing or don't care. I would investigate if it were my franchise. "Ordered through drive through, we were told it'll take 15 minutes for the food and we agreed to wait, but took them over 30 minutes. To be fair the young lady said she gave us more chicken tenders as a compensation for the delay and I appreciate the effort. When we were eating I noticed a hair strand stuck on one of the chicken tenders. The service and food preparation could need more improvement."
