"Cashmiere was an absolute amazing server & her section that we were in was BUSY! KUDOS to you! Thank you for the hot food and cold drinks. You are a godsend. It’s crazy to see so many negative reviews for this Chilis when every time I’ve been here (don’t judge me) it is my favorite place to eat whether it be in Akron Canton or here it’s always been friendly, clean, fun, drinks are on point & the food is always hot! Such a shame that people will give a review just to be nasty, or be sure they are just flat out miserable."
"What a Joke! I stopped here with my family for lunch and this place is by far the worst restaurant I've been too. When we walked in, we were seated quickly and that was the only thing that was quick. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to come take our drink order. The drinks then took another 10 minutes to get to us. My son ordered a rootbeet and after 15 minutes after the rest of us received our drinks, she comes back to tell us they were out of rootbeer, so he got a sprite which took an additional 5 minutes. It took another 20 minutes to have our food order taken and it took 45 minutes for the food to come out. Both burgers were cold, fries were all cold, just very shocking. We had to ask another waitress for our bill because ours couldn't be found. Our drinks sat empty and we were never asked how anything was. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything. I wrote my number on one of the receipts for a manager to call me, and it never happened. Don't go here...fair warning."
"I love chilis as a brand! Me and my wife eat in or to go twice per month and change locations occasionally. I’ve never had a problem till tonight. I found a hair in the food and it wasn’t covered in all the sauce when we even asked for additional sauce."

"Love going to sit at the bar. Fast service. Alyssa makes some great frozen margaritas. She's super friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. She does not rush you out and is very attentive. The food is amazing. I ordered a sirloin steak, and it was so soft and juicy. I love the mozzarella sticks and the egg rolls they have. Definitely recommend going to have some downtime and relax after a long day or long work week."
