"So me & my grandmother go to the drive threw of Rally’s orders our food and drives up to get our food and then my grandmother requested a to take off something on her burger witch they made her struggle with doing by saying they can’t fix her burger “ they're not allowed “!, And then Rally’s didn’t even put my order in my bag or on the receipt. Horrible experience do not recommend ."
"I have never, not once since Rally's stopped the 30 second timer or its free thing, had a pleasant or good experience at any Akron Rally's. The last time I was there was a disaster and the woman should Not still have a job, yet does somehow. Anyway, the young man who waited on myself and granddaughter tonight was very courteous, had a smile, was efficient and seemed glad to have a job. The horrible woman was there behind him or I would have given 5 stars. You lost a star because you didn't handle the last issue. You got four stars due to this One young man out if several employees I've had the "pleasure" of meeting. Thank you young man."
