"The staff is very nice & friendly, but what the heck is wrong with your soda machine? McDonald’s is supposed to have some of the best coke… but not this location. Flat & tastes disgusting. Please someone fix this because it’s been a very common occurrence over the past two years unfortunately."

"Went inside this morning to get my food. Stood at the counter about 5 minutes before anyone noticed. Someone told the manager there is someone at the counter. Manager said, I am looking for something on my phone. I don't have time to worry about counter. It's clear she cares more about her phone than her job. And people wonder why there are always complaints about mcdonalds"

"Gave us the wrong order on multiple occasions. Workers don’t seem like they care one bit. Tried calling and informing the manager, Danielle, and she did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I understand fast food is supposed to come out fast, but I would hope the food would at least be cooked all the way."

"Honestly I don't even know what to say.. what the hell is this? A spicy number 4B chicken sandwich the piece of chicken is half the size of the bun. missing the cheese i paid for.. and the sandwich was in pieces inside of the bag I had to put it back together but this is garbage for what I paid for it.."

"One of the better McDonalds in the area. Clean restrooms, fast drive through, friendly staff, and they know how to make a coffee with light ice. They use the quick kiosks (which still don’t have the light ice option). On Route 93 so it’s convenient for southern county drivers heading into Akron. If you need a quick stop place to grab a bite to eat it’s your only real stop in the area."
