"They were busy which is understandable but everything was very chaotic and not well organized at all. The coke machine was not working nothing was filled up so every drink was unavailable. (Both machines.) It was very frustrating not being able to get our drinks and the kitchen looked like it needed lots of cleaning"

"This rating is for the wadsworth Wendy's. They are very good, food is fresh, hot and juicy the way its supposed to be. Norton and akron stores are absolutely terrible though. Norton being the worst."

"Probably the best Wendy's around. Always had a solid experience, staff always nice, food doesn't. take too long, and it's always warm and never just "thrown together." Best Wendy's chain."

"This location is usually fairly busy but doesn't typically get my orders wrong. Overall, I don't mind it there but today the drive thru as well as the line inside were pretty long. That alone, is no problem. However, after waiting in line at the counter, the employee taking orders told me "I really need to stop taking orders now. Especially because of all the online orders," before turning and walking away. I can't say I've ever been told that I can't be served at a restaurant. Overall, it's no big deal, just wanted to put this out there, so this type of thing doesn't happen in the future."

"The small line I was in took 30 minutes for me to order my food. There was plenty of staff to attend to everyone’s order, yet progress was terribly slow. Little care went into making the food taste well. I love Wendy’s and I think it is a great food chain but this one particular place is an outlier from the other excellent Wendy’s location. If you want to get real Wendy’s food, this is not the place to go."
